At Global Links SA, we strive to deliver your catering equipment and furniture as quickly and safely as possible. We ship to all provinces across South Africa.

1. Shipping Rates & Costs

  • Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs for items like Dior Chairs and Folding Tables are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address.
  • Bulk Orders: For exceptionally large orders (e.g., 100+ chairs), we may contact you with a customized freight quote to ensure the best possible rate.

2. Processing & Handling Time

  • Handling Time: All in-stock orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or South African Public Holidays.

3. Transit Time (Delivery)

Once your order has been dispatched from our Ladysmith warehouse, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

  • Main Hubs (JHB, Durban, PTA): 2 – 4 business days.
  • Regional Areas (Cape Town, PE, Bloemfontein): 3 – 5 business days.
  • Remote/Outlying Areas: 5 – 7 business days.

Please note: Total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

4. Delivery Method

We use reputable third-party courier services and freight companies. Because our products (like 1.8m Heavy Duty Tables) are bulky, delivery is typically “door-to-door.” Please ensure there is someone available at the provided address to receive and sign for the goods.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the borders of South Africa.
  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes; a physical street address is required.

7. Damages & Missing Items

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If there is visible damage to the packaging or items, please note it on the delivery waybill before signing. Contact us within 24 hours at contact@globallinkssa.com so we can resolve the issue with the courier.
